Craig's 20th

Yesterday at work we had a small celebration. Well, it wasn't really small, the entire company was there! Last week was Craig Hayes' 20th year anniversary here at Tippett. It's quite surreal in itself. Phil Tippett talked a little about how Craig started at Tippett, primarily to design ED-209 for Robocop. For his 20 years of service, Phil presented Craig with the ED-209 puppet that was used in the miniature sequences in the film. Craig ended up fabricating the full on-set model in it's glorious detail, which is now sitting on high in the Tippett stage. It's so cool to continuously work with someone of that caliber!
